EMedI Summit 2016 Terms and Conditions

1. Registration confirmation will be sent to the participant via email. Please make sure you have provided a correct email address.
2. Participants must apply for their visa themselves. The organizer cannot do this on their behalf.
3. The Organizing Committee IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses to summit participants. All participants are recommended to arrange their own insurance for coverage. Please consult your local insurance resources for further information.
4. During the registration process for EMedI Summit 2016, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list which includes name, organization name, job title, country and email address. The information will be used for the Summit updates or promotion of future activities organized by Chow Yuk Ho Technology Centre for Innovative Medicine (TIM). Participants are responsible for advising TIM if they do not wish to receive future promotions.
