Inclement Weather Arrangement
Activities may be cancelled or suspended due to inclement weather as advised by the Hong Kong Observatory (https://www.hko.gov.hk/en/index.html). Please pay attention to the announcement made through the Summit’s official website (http://emedisummit.org).
Inclement weather arrangements will be made when any of the following warning signals is issued/will be issued:

Inclement weather arrangements are as follows:
| Signal is issued or in force at/ after the following time | Arrangement |
| 06:00 | Summit Programme scheduled before 14:00 will be cancelled |
| 11:00 | Summit Programme scheduled between 14:00 – 16:25 will be cancelled |
Note:
- When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued during the activity, the event will be terminated immediately. However, if only the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the event will continue until the end of the running session.
- Participants are advised to stay in a safe place until the weather and traffic conditions improve.
- The Organizer will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the Summit’s cancellation or postponement.
